Ingredients
- 1 large nappa cabbage, sliced finely
- 2 bunches green onions, diced (entire onion)
- 2 pkg. Ramen noodles, broken in small pieces
- 1 c. sliced almonds
- 2 Tbsp. sesame seed
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. rice vinegar
- 3/4 c. peanut oil
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Method
- Brown in a large skillet Ramen noodles, almonds and sesame seed.
- Let cool.
