Ingredients
- 1 lb. fresh mushrooms
- 1/4 c. chopped onions
- 1/4 c. butter
- 2 tsp. flour
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Method
- Slice mushrooms parallel with stems.
- In large skillet cook and stir onions in butter until tender.
- Stir in mushrooms. Sprinkle flour over mixture and stir until mushrooms are coated. Add water, cube and soy sauce.
- Stir until cube is dissolved. Cook over medium heat for 3 minutes.
