Ingredients

  • 1 pound grnd meat
  • 2 tbsp. oil
  • 1 onion, minced
  • 1 tbsp. chili pwdr
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce.) can tomato soup
  • 2-3 cans water
  • 8 ounce. spaghetti
  • 1 - 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 ounce. grated cheddar cheese

Method

  • In skillet, brown meat.
  • Add in onion and chili pwdr.
  • Cook 2 to 3 more min till onion is soft.
  • Stir in soup, 2 cans of water, spaghetti and salt.
  • Bring to a boil and stir constantly for 3 to 4 min to separate spaghetti.
  • Reduce heat.
  • Cover and simmer for 15 to 20 min till spaghetti is cooked.
  • Stir occasionally during cooking, adding a little water if mix is too thick.
  • Add in cheese and stir till melted.
  • Serve immediately.
