Ingredients

  • 1 12 lbs ground beef
  • 4 onions, diced
  • 1 (48 ounce) can tomato juice
  • 1 (750 g) bag frozen oriental-style vegetables
  • 1 lb fresh bean sprout
  • 4 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 12 cup parmesan cheese, ground

Method

  • In a Dutch-oven fry beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink.
  • Add tomato juice, vegetables, sprouts, chili powder and salt and pepper and bring to boil.
  • Reduce heat and simmer one hour until thick and bubbly.
  • Garnish with ground Parmesan cheese.
