- 4 oz. chicken, cut in strips
- 1/4 c. celery
- 1/4 c. broccoli
- 1/4 c. green beans
- 1/4 c. mushrooms
- 1 pkg. Hi-Energy Chicken Soup Supplement
- 1 c. water
- pepper to taste
- onion powder to taste
- garlic powder to taste
- ginger to taste
Method
- Brown chicken in wok.
- Add vegetables and cook for 1 minute. Dissolve chicken soup in water and pour over chicken.
- Add seasonings and cover for 5 minutes.
- Remove cover and cook until liquid thickens.
