Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, room temperature (1 stick)
- 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 3 -4 cups confectioners' sugar (measure then shake thru a sieve to break lumps)
- 12 Oreo cookies, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Method
- Beat softened butter and cream cheese with electric mixer until fluffy, about 3 - 5 minutes.
- Slowly add sugar, 1 cup at a time. Add vanilla; mix until smooth. Gently stir Oreos into the frosting, careful to not over stir.
