Ingredients
- 1 pkg. hash brown potatoes, frozen, uncooked
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1 chopped onion, cooked
- 2 cubes sharp shredded cheese
- 1 stick butter
- 1 stack Ritz crackers
- 1 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
Method
- Mix potatoes, soup, sour cream, onion and cheese in large casserole dish.
- Melt butter, crackers (crumbled) and stuffing mix together and put on top.
- Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
