Ingredients
- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. orange jello
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 pt. orange sherbet
- 1 pt. Cool Whip
- 1 (13 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 can mandarin oranges, drained and sliced
Method
- Dissolve jello in hot water.
- Drain fruit and cut orange slices in small pieces.
- (Be sure and drain fruit in advance).
- Add 1 cup of cold water to jello and fold in sherbet.
- Chill until thick and partially set.
- Fold in the fruit.
- And last, fold in the Cool Whip very gently until smooth.
