Ingredients

  • 2 (3 oz.) pkg. orange jello
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1 pt. orange sherbet
  • 1 pt. Cool Whip
  • 1 (13 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 can mandarin oranges, drained and sliced

Method

  • Dissolve jello in hot water.
  • Drain fruit and cut orange slices in small pieces.
  • (Be sure and drain fruit in advance).
  • Add 1 cup of cold water to jello and fold in sherbet.
  • Chill until thick and partially set.
  • Fold in the fruit.
  • And last, fold in the Cool Whip very gently until smooth.
