Ingredients
- 1 Ready-Crust graham cracker pie crust
- 1 (21 oz.) can blueberry pie filling
- 8 oz. softened cream cheese
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
Method
- Preheat oven to 325°.
- In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar and eggs.
- Beat until fluffy.
- Pour mixture into crust. Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let cool.
- Spread blueberry filling on top and chill for 2 to 3 hours before serving.
- Top with whipped cream if desired.
