Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. tapioca pudding mix (cook kind, not instant)
  • 1 pkg. vanilla pudding mix (cook kind, not instant)
  • 1 pkg. orange jello
  • 1 can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 1/2 c. orange juice (hot)
  • 1/2 c. orange juice (cold)
  • 1 pkg. Cool Whip

Method

  • Combine tapioca, orange jello and vanilla pudding with 1/2 cup cold orange juice.
  • Add to hot orange juice and cook until thick and bubbly, stirring constantly.
  • (Use heavy pan as it burns easily.)
  • Let cool completely.
  • Fold in whipped topping and oranges.
  • Chill several hours before serving.
