Ingredients
- 1 pkg. tapioca pudding mix (cook kind, not instant)
- 1 pkg. vanilla pudding mix (cook kind, not instant)
- 1 pkg. orange jello
- 1 can mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 1/2 c. orange juice (hot)
- 1/2 c. orange juice (cold)
- 1 pkg. Cool Whip
Method
- Combine tapioca, orange jello and vanilla pudding with 1/2 cup cold orange juice.
- Add to hot orange juice and cook until thick and bubbly, stirring constantly.
- (Use heavy pan as it burns easily.)
- Let cool completely.
- Fold in whipped topping and oranges.
- Chill several hours before serving.
