Ingredients
- 1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice
- 2 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 tsp. ground saffron
- 1 Tbsp. Angostura bitters
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 3 c. cooked rice
Method
- In a 2-quart saucepan, mix orange juice with water, saffron, Angostura bitters and butter.
- Bring to a boil.
- Slowly stir in rice.
- Stir to blend well.
- Remove from heat, cover and let stand for 10 minutes.
- Fluff with fork and serve.
