Ingredients
- 6 oranges
- 2 oz. citric acid
- 3 pt. water
- 5 c. sugar
Method
- Wash and quarter oranges.
- Grind in food chopper.
- Dissolve the citric acid in water; add sugar and orange pulp.
- Let stand overnight in a crockery jar; strain.
- Cover pulp again with water and let stand for several hours.
- Strain again.
- Mix with the mixture.
- Dilute to serve.
- Yield:
- 3 gallons.
