Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. cornstarch
- 2/3 c. orange juice
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp. crushed oregano
Method
- In a small saucepan, combine salt, cornstarch and orange juice; stir to dissolve.
- Stir in lemon juice.
- Cook over medium-high heat about 1 minute until mixture thickens.
- Remove from heat; stir in oil, garlic and oregano.
- Let cool.
- Use to marinate pork or duck before and during cooking.
- Makes 1 cup.
