Ingredients
- 2 cups beets, cooked
- sauce
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 teaspoons flour
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/3 cup sugar
Method
- in saucepan cook flour and butter
- stir until smooth
- add slowly vinegar and sugar
- stir until smooth
- and thick
- cook a few minutes then pour over beets
- cover let stand few minutes before serving.
