Ingredients
- 6 oz. orange, peach or apricot Jell-O
- 1/2 pt. sour cream
- 1/2 c. grated carrots
- small can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Method
- Mix Jell-O with 2 cups hot water and cool.
- Add carrots, sour cream, pineapple and walnuts and pour into mold.
- Can add cherries for color.
