Ingredients
- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (not drained)
- 1 (6 oz.) box orange Jell-O
- 1/3 c. granulated sugar
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 2 small jars apricot baby food
- 1 (16 oz.) carton Cool Whip
Method
- Mix and simmer in saucepan:
- Jell-O, sugar and water for 10 minutes.
- Cool to room temperature.
- Beat in cream cheese, apricot baby food and Cool Whip.
- Pour into 13 x 9-inch pan.
- Refrigerate.
