Ingredients
- 1 box yellow or lemon cake mix
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 box powdered sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
Method
- Mix the first 3 ingredients.
- Press into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Mix together the remaining ingredients for 5 minutes.
- Pour over cake mixture in pan.
- Bake 40 to 45 minutes at 350°.
- Cut into small squares when completely cooled.
- This is also good if you add coconut to the cream cheese mixture.
