Ingredients
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 (10 oz.) can cream of vegetable soup
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, chopped
- 1 c. sour cream
Method
- Brown hamburger and drain grease.
- Add soup and mushrooms. Simmer to blend.
- Add sour cream; do not boil.
- Heat and serve over buttered rice or Chinese noodles.
- Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
