Ingredients
- 30 small saltine crackers
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 3 c. sliced onions
- 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 c. scalded milk
- 3 beaten eggs
Method
- Mix crushed crackers with butter.
- Press into 9-inch pie pan. Saute onions in small amount of butter until golden brown.
- Pour into crust.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Add scalded milk to eggs and pour over onions and cheese.
- Bake in 350° oven for 30 minutes.
