- 1 whole Semi-ripe Mango, Diced
- 1/2 whole Green Pepper, Diced
- 1/2 whole Red Pepper, Diced
- 1/2 whole Yellow Pepper, Diced
- 1/2 whole Red Or White Onion, Diced
- Cilantro (As Much As You Like! The More The Better!)
- 1/2 cups Ketchup
- 1 whole Lemon, Juiced
- Sugar, To Taste
- A Sprinkling Of White Sesame Seeds (optional)
Method
- This is very simple.
- Just gently mix all the above ingredients together.
- Chill for 1 hour.
- Serve.
