Ingredients
- 6 onions
- 1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. potato chips
- 3/4 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne
Method
- In a 9 x 13-inch buttered casserole, alternate layers of thinly sliced onions, crushed potato chips and grated cheese.
- Mix milk with soups and pour over layers.
- Sprinkle cayenne pepper over top.
- Bake 1 hour at 350°.
- This is good with barbecue pork or ham.
