Ingredients
- 1 (12 oz.) box vanilla wafers
- 1 (12 oz.) carton Cool Whip
- 2 pkg. French vanilla instant pudding
- 1 can Eagle Brand milk
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 6 ripe bananas
- 1 pt. whipped cream (optional)
Method
- Make pudding by box directions except use only 3 cups of milk plus the Eagle Brand milk.
- Mix lemon juice and bananas together. Stir Cool Whip into pudding mixture.
- Then layer in serving dish as follows:
- wafers, bananas, then pudding.
- Extra delicious if you top with a pint of fresh whipped cream.
- Chill before serving.
