Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 32 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
- 3/4 c. water
- 1 tsp. basil leaves
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 (12 oz.) carton cottage cheese
- 1 egg, beaten
- 10 pieces uncooked lasagne
- 12 oz. sliced Mozzarella
- 1/3 c. grated Parmesan
Method
- Heat oven to 350°.
- In skillet, brown ground beef; drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce, water, basil and oregano.
- Simmer 5 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
