- 1 large cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
- 1 large cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 1 3/4 c. chicken broth
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 c. fresh mushrooms
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. parsley
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 6 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 large pkg. noodles or rice
Method
- In 13 x 2-inch baking dish, combine soups, sour cream, broth, onion, mushrooms and seasons.
- Arrange breast of chicken on top of sauce.
- Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 1 hour or until chicken is tender.
- Serve over rice or noodles.
- Garnish with parsley. Serves 6 to 8.
