Ingredients

  • 1 large cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
  • 1 large cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 1 3/4 c. chicken broth
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 1/2 c. fresh mushrooms
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 tsp. parsley
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 6 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 large pkg. noodles or rice

Method

  • In 13 x 2-inch baking dish, combine soups, sour cream, broth, onion, mushrooms and seasons.
  • Arrange breast of chicken on top of sauce.
  • Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 1 hour or until chicken is tender.
  • Serve over rice or noodles.
  • Garnish with parsley. Serves 6 to 8.
