Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups boiling water
  • 4 tablespoons margarine, melted
  • 4 cups seasoned stuffing mix (1 box )
  • 4 -6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
  • paprika
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes

Method

  • Mix water and margarine. Add stuffing. Mix lightly.
  • Spoon stuffing across center of a 3 quart baking dish, leaving space on both sides for the chicken.
  • Arrange chicken on each side of stuffing. Sprinkle paprika over chicken.
  • Mix soup, milk and parsley. Pour over chicken.
  • Cover and bake at 400* for 30 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
