Ingredients
- 3 lb. shredded cabbage
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped
- 2 medium-sized onions, chopped
- 1 c. salad oil
- 1 c. apple cider vinegar
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. celery seed
- 1 Tbsp. black pepper
Method
- Combine oil, vinegar, sugar, celery seed, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil and pour over chopped vegetables.
- Let stand at least 2 hours before serving.
- This will keep 9 days, longer if refrigerated.
