Ingredients

  • 2 sticks oleo margarine
  • 2 c. sugar
  • biscuit dough
  • 1 3/4 c. sweet milk
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg or cinnamon or any spice desired

Method

  • Make favorite biscuit dough and roll out on board.
  • Cut margarine into pats and place over dough.
  • Sprinkle on sugar and desired spice.
  • Fold dough over, or roll in jelly roll fashion. Seal edges.
  • Put into pan and add enough milk to cover (may need more than required amount).
  • Cook until done, approximately 30 minutes.
  • Add more milk during cooking if needed.
  • Should be saucy and thick like cobbler.
