Ingredients
- 2 sticks oleo margarine
- 2 c. sugar
- biscuit dough
- 1 3/4 c. sweet milk
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg or cinnamon or any spice desired
Method
- Make favorite biscuit dough and roll out on board.
- Cut margarine into pats and place over dough.
- Sprinkle on sugar and desired spice.
- Fold dough over, or roll in jelly roll fashion. Seal edges.
- Put into pan and add enough milk to cover (may need more than required amount).
- Cook until done, approximately 30 minutes.
- Add more milk during cooking if needed.
- Should be saucy and thick like cobbler.
