Ingredients

  • Rich Biscuit dough
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • cinnamon
  • nutmeg
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. sugar

Method

  • Make a rich biscuit dough, pinching off enough to roll out
  • a thin round about the size of a saucer. In the middle of this rounded dough put about 2. Tbsp butter, 2 tsp. sugar and sprinkle cannamon and nutmeg and roll over. Make as many of these needed to fill a large baking pan. Pour the rolls a mixture of 1 1/2 c. milk and 1/2 c. sugar. Sprinkle with cinnamon and bake at 350 degrees until done and brown. Mix the sauce.
