Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. fresh okra
- 3 ears fresh corn
- Vinaigrette Dressing
- 2 large tomatoes, peeled and chopped
- Boston lettuce leaves
Method
- Wash okra; blanch in 2 cups boiling water 1 minute or until crisp-tender.
- Drain and rinse with cold water; cool.
- Remove and discard ends.
- Cut okra into 1/2 inch slices.
