Ingredients
- 1 Carrot
- 1 Onion
- 1 Ginger
- 1 Garlic
- 100 ml Vinegar
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 5 tbsp Soy sauce
- 3 tbsp Toasted white sesame seeds
Method
- Grate all the vegetables.
- (You can also use a food processor).
- Put the ingredients and the vegetables into a container and mix together to finish.
- If you want to add some oil, add a tablespoon.
- Store it in the refrigerator.
