Ingredients
- 1 1/4 c. quick oats
- 1 c. flour, sifted
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/3 c. oil
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. raisins, chopped
Method
- Mix dry ingredients well in a bowl.
- Stir in remaining ingredients, including raisins.
- Form into 1-inch balls.
- Place on ungreased baking sheet.
- Bake at 325° for 8 to 10 minutes.
