Ingredients
- 1 1/4 c. oats
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
Method
- Measure dry ingredients into bowl and mix well.
- Stir in oil, egg and vanilla.
- Mixture may seem almost dry.
- Form into 1-inch balls and place on ungreased sheet about 2 inches apart.
- Bake at 350° for 12 to 15 minutes.
- Makes 3 dozen.
