Ingredients
- 4 15/16 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 5/8 cups flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 7 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/3 cups raisins
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- In a bowl mix the oats, sugar, flour, baking powder, butter, and eggs. Work the dough until it is evenly mixed.
- Mix in the raisins.
- Using two teaspoons, form small cookies and place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for about 25 minutes. Remove from oven, and wait for about 5 minutes before placing the biscuits in a net to cool down completely. When cool, store in an airtight container.
