Ingredients

  • 4 15/16 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 5/8 cups flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 7 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/3 cups raisins

Method

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  • In a bowl mix the oats, sugar, flour, baking powder, butter, and eggs. Work the dough until it is evenly mixed.
  • Mix in the raisins.
  • Using two teaspoons, form small cookies and place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for about 25 minutes. Remove from oven, and wait for about 5 minutes before placing the biscuits in a net to cool down completely. When cool, store in an airtight container.
