Ingredients
- 1 c. self-rising flour
- 1/3 c. oil
- 1/2 c. milk
Method
- In medium bowl, mix flour, oil and enough milk to make sticky batter.
- Place extra flour on plate and flop batter on top.
- Pat all sides with flour and cut into round biscuits with mouth of a glass.
- Place into greased round cake pan.
- Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until brown on top.
- Makes 5 good size biscuits.
