Ingredients
- 1 lb Pasta, penne
- 1/2 bn Broccoli
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- 1/3 c. Extra virgin olive oil
- 4 clv garlic, chopped
- 1/2 c. Cheese, Parmesan
Method
- All amounts are estimates.
- Feel free to change according to taste.
- Cook penne till al dente.
- Drain and set aside.
- While pasta is cooking, cut up broccoli flowerets and part of stem into bite size pcs.
- Parcook broccoli.
- Heat butter and extra virgin olive oil together.
- Add in chopped garlic and cook till golden brown.
- Add in broccoli and cook till just tender.
- Add in liquid removed pasta and stir to cover and reheat.
- Add in cheese and stir.
