Ingredients
- 1 1/4 sticks butter
- 4 Tbsp. powdered sugar
- 1 Tbsp. ice water
- 2 c. plain flour
- pinch of salt
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Cream butter; add sugar and water, then add flour, salt, nuts and vanilla.
- Roll out in finger shape and put on cookie sheet. Put in refrigerator to chill for 20 minutes.
- Bake at 325° for 10 to 12 minutes.
- Remove from oven and while still hot, roll in powdered sugar.
