Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 8 1/2 oz. can crushed pineapple, well drained
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
- 1/4 c. green pepper, chopped (squeeze out water after chopping)
- 2 c. chopped nuts
Method
- Mix together the first 5 ingredients until well blended.
- Stir in 1 cup of chopped nuts into the mixture.
- Shape into a ball and place in a covered container.
- Refrigerate.
- Store in refrigerator for 24 hours to blend flavors.
