Ingredients
- 1 c. nuts
- 1 onion
- 2 c. cooked lentils
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 c. evaporated milk
- 1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp. sage
- 1/4 c. oil
- salt to taste
Method
- Put nuts and onion through food grinder or processor.
- Combine all ingredients and mix well.
- Pour into greased casserole.
- Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until set.
- Serves 6.
