Ingredients

  • 2 lb pork roast
  • 1 white corn tortillias 12-24
  • 1 can chopped olives
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 4 tsp cumin ( more or less for spicy hot factor)
  • 1 salt (to taste)
  • 1 pepper (to taste)
  • 1 garlic powder (to taste)
  • 1 lb grated cheese of choice (I use mild chedder)
  • 1 sour cream (to taste)
  • 1 salsa (to taste)
  • 1 lettuce (to taste)

Method

  • Place pork roast in crock pot with combined seasonings to slow cook til meat falls apart or til ready to prepair.
  • I usually let it cook for 8 -10 hrs on med heat.
  • Make sure you put enough water in it I usually just make sure the meat is completely submerged.
  • once the meat is ready take out of crock pot and shred up in a skillet.
  • taste it!
  • see if the seasoning is right if you want it spicier ad some more cumin a cup of water and let simmer for 1/2 hr.
  • Once it is at desired taste, add mushrooms and chopped olives simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Microwave totillas for approxiamately 30-45 seconds.
  • Prepair you Num Num's to your preference, cheese, lettuce,sour cream, anything!
  • ranch dressing is a wonderful option in place of sour cream.
