Ingredients
- 1 packet of instant regular/plain oatmeal (I used steel cut with flax seed)
- 1/3 cup sliced fresh strawberries
- 1/3 cup greek vanilla yogurt (I used Dannon light n fit)
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
Method
- Prepare oatmeal with water or skim milk following microwave directions.
- (Of course you can do this with stove top oatmeal too!!)
- After oatmeal is cooked add mostly all the strawberries(reserve a few for topping) and fold in the Greek yogurt.
- Crumble the brown sugar on top and microwave another 30 seconds.
- Top with remaining strawberries and voila!
