Ingredients
- 2 -3 cucumbers, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup white distilled vinegar
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 3 tablespoons chives, finely minced
- 3 tablespoons parsley, chopped
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
Method
- Combine the vinegar, oil, herbs, sugar, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix well.
- Thinly slice cucumbers and add to the vinegar mixture.
- Let stand for an hour before serving.
