Ingredients
- 1 gal. shredded cabbage
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 pt. tomatoes
- 2 large bell peppers, minced
- 1/2 pt. sweet pickles, chopped
Method
- Combine sugar and vinegar.
- Cook over low heat.
- Stir to dissolve sugar.
- Set aside to cool.
- Mix remaining ingredients and pour sugar and vinegar over mixture.
- Set in refrigerator.
- Will last for several weeks in refrigerator.
