Ingredients
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
Method
- Mix
- ingredients, turn out on lightly floured board and knead about
- 5 minutes.
- Roll out thin.
- Let dough stand until dry.
- Cut into 1/2-inch squares.
- Drop into boiling water and boil 10 to 15 minutes.
- Great to add to soup.
