Ingredients
- 1 large pkg. egg noodles
- 1 lb. block Velveeta
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. butter
- salt and pepper
Method
- Boil water in large pan; add noodles.
- In small saucepan, melt 2 to 3 tablespoons butter, adding Velveeta, cubed.
- Stir constantly.
- After the cheese and butter are melted, add sour cream, salt and pepper.
- Drain noodles.
- Stir cheese mixture into noodles.
- Serve hot.
- Great with barbecue ribs and pork chops.
