Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1 can mushroom soup
- juice of 1 lemon
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 1 c. water
- 2 c. uncooked wide noodles
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 c. sour cream
- paprika
- parsley
Method
- Brown beef.
- Add onion, soup, juice, bouillon cubes and water Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add more water if necessary.
- Add noodles and cook until noodles are tender.
- Add salt, pepper and sour cream.
- Heat gently.
- Sprinkle with paprika and parsley before serving.
