Ingredients
- 1 pkg. fettuccine noodles
- 1 pt. cream
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 tsp. black pepper or to taste
- 2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Method
- Melt butter.
- Stir in egg and cream, using wire whisk.
- Set aside.
- Boil noodles; drain and return to pot.
- Pour cream mixture over noodles; toss lightly, adding cheese and pepper.
- Reserve some cheese to serve at the table.
- Serves 4 to 6.
