Ingredients
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/2 c. broken vermicelli
- 1 c. raw rice
- 3 c. chicken broth
Method
- In saucepan, over medium-high heat, saute vermicelli until browned, stirring constantly.
- Stir in rice.
- Stir in broth. Bring to boil.
- Reduce heat to low.
- Cover.
- Simmer 20 minutes or until rice is tender and broth is absorbed.
- Serves 6.
