Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles, medium cooked
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 c. milk
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. raisins
  • 3/4 c. cottage cheese
  • 1 can pineapple chunks, drained
  • crushed corn flakes

Method

  • Mix eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, raisins and pineapple together. Stir into noodles and cottage cheese. Bake in a well-greased 9 x 13-inch pan at 350°. After 25 minutes, lightly cover top with crushed corn flakes. You can also add chopped nuts if you like. Dot with butter or margarine and continue baking for another 30 minutes.
