Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. wide egg noodles, boiled according to pkg. instructions and drained
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 1 (12 oz.) carton cottage cheese
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple in juice, drained
- 1 c. raisins
- cinnamon
Method
- In large bowl, combine cooked noodles, sour cream, cottage cheese, eggs, sugar, butter and salt; mix well.
- Stir in drained pineapple and raisins and turn mixture into greased two to three-quart baking dish.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Bake at 350° for one hour.
- Makes six to eight servings.
