Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. wide egg noodles, boiled according to pkg. instructions and drained
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 1 (12 oz.) carton cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple in juice, drained
  • 1 c. raisins
  • cinnamon

Method

  • In large bowl, combine cooked noodles, sour cream, cottage cheese, eggs, sugar, butter and salt; mix well.
  • Stir in drained pineapple and raisins and turn mixture into greased two to three-quart baking dish.
  • Sprinkle with cinnamon.
  • Bake at 350° for one hour.
  • Makes six to eight servings.
