Ingredients

  • 200 grams Kabocha squash
  • 50 grams Fresh okara
  • 1 Egg
  • 100 grams Milk
  • 40 grams Sugar
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 few drops Vanilla essence

Method

  • Cook the kabocha in a steamer or microwave until tender, then remove the seeds and skin.
  • Put all the ingredients into a food processor or mixer and blend until smooth.
  • Pour batter into a cake mold, and bake for 30-40 minutes in an oven preheated to 360C/180C.
  • Allow it to cool completely before removing it from the mold.
  • Then, it's ready to serve!
